Shipping Policy


Order Fulfillment
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Transit Times
Transit times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may not accurately indicate the exact time it will take for you to receive your package. These estimates are provided for the duration the package is in transit to its destination.

Expedited Shipping
Please note that we are unable to guarantee expedited or upgrade delivery, regardless of the shipping method chosen or the transit time displayed.

Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately from multiple locations and arrive at different times. You do not have to pay extra shipping fees; we cover the cost. You will receive an email confirmation for each item that has shipped along with a tracking number. Please check the packing slip included in the shipment for further reference.

Free Shipping
Periodically, we offer free shipping on certain orders. Free shipping only applies to orders delivered within the Continental US. The free shipping method will be chosen at our discretion, typically using USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Some restrictions may apply. 

Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Should any issues arise regarding the delivery of your package, please reach out to the designated shipping carrier directly. Ensure that you have your tracking number readily available when contacting the shipping carrier.

International Shipping, Taxes and Duties
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges vary depending on the nature of the goods, declared value, and specific import regulations.

To provide a smoother and more transparent delivery experience, we now ship most international orders using DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct. When available, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you won’t encounter surprise charges on delivery. This service is currently supported for many destinations, including the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.

These charges will appear as separate line items during checkout. By collecting duties and taxes upfront, your shipment can clear customs faster and arrive with fewer delays.

Note: In cases where we are unable to calculate duties and taxes in advance, the recipient may still be responsible for paying them upon delivery.

Shipping fees cover carrier transit and handling and do not include customs duties or taxes unless explicitly shown at checkout.

If your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, refusal, or an incomplete address, you may be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred.

Customs policies vary by country, and some destinations may exempt low-value shipments from import charges. For specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
