30-Day Return Policy
At CARINE, we want you to love your purchase. To ensure your upmost satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy for online orders.

Items purchased in-store are subject to a 7-day return policy, refundable only in the form of a digital gift card.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to include your order number which can be found on the invoice, packing slip, or email confirmation.

Please initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns after this 30-day period.

You will need your Order # and zip code to begin your return. Then, follow the prompts to complete your return.

Shipping
You are responsible for shipping the item back to the following address: CARINE APPAREL, LLC. 10575 N. 114th St. Suite 108, Scottsdale, AZ 85259.

You have the option to use your own shipping method, or if you prefer the convenience, you may use our $9.99 flat-rate return shipping per package (some exclusions apply). If you choose the flat-rate return shipping method, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return to a Store
You may bring your return to one of our five CARINE locations where an associate can assist you. Please have your Order # ready and present a copy of the invoice or packing slip, either printed or on your mobile device. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide the refund in the form of a digital gift card. Please let the associate know your preference.

Defects, Damages, and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Gift cards, items marked as Final-Sale, as well as used, warn, soiled, or altered items are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will promptly inspect and evaluate the item. If your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide the refund in the form of a digital gift card. Please indicate your preference by including a note in the package.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received the refund credit after 15 business days from the approval of your return, we recommend contacting your back or credit card company for more specific information regarding the status of your refund.
