30-Day Online Returns & Exchanges
At CARINE, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for online orders, beginning from the date your order is delivered.

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase and are refundable in the form of a digital gift card only.

Proof of purchase is required.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • With original tags and original packaging

You will need your Order Number, which can be found on your packing slip or email confirmation.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns received outside this window cannot be accepted.

You will be prompted to log in or provide your email address or ZIP code, along with your Order Number or tracking number, to access the returns portal. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Checkout+
If you purchased Checkout+, you are eligible for:

  • Free returns and exchanges
  • A prepaid return shipping label emailed to you through the returns portal

Without Checkout+
If Checkout+ was not purchased:

  • A return shipping label may be purchased through the returns portal
  • The return label fee will be deducted from your refund

Return to a Store
Online orders may be returned to any of our five CARINE retail locations.

Please bring:

  • Your Order Number
  • A copy of your invoice or packing slip (printed or on your mobile device)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or—if preferred—as a digital gift card. Please inform the associate of your preference at the time of return.

Multiple Orders or Items

If returning items from multiple orders, only one return package and label is required. You may include all eligible items in the same package.

Defects, Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect style, please notify us through the returns portal or contact us at info@shopcarine.com.

We will promptly evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on availability and your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or altered items

All shipping charges are paid to the carrier for delivery services and are non-refundable once shipped.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a digital gift card is requested

Please allow 10–15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
