How can I contact you?

How can I change or cancel my order?

 If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@shopcarine.com before noon MST the following business day.  Although this is our general rule we also try to ship as fast as possible and so changes and cancelations may not always be available after we ship.

What payment methods does Carine accept?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request. Please contact us directly at info@shopcarine.com to arrange this.  

When will my order arrive?

Deliveries usually take 3-8 business days depending on the carrier.

Is it safe to purchase online from www.shopcarine.com?

CARINE has had over 20 years of retail experience in Scottsdale and the Phoenix area in multiple locations. Our own brand is carried in over 500 stores across the USA. The platform we use for www.shopcarine.com is one of the most trusted E-Commerce platforms in the world. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact info@shopcarine.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order.

We do NOT operate, sell or are affiliated with any other website or online retailer other than www.shopcarine.com.

What about shipping and delivery?

We do our best to fulfill orders and ship within 1 business day. Once an order has shipped, it is now the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL). 

Once an order has shipped, you must reach out to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

What qualifies for free shipping?

Periodically we offer free shipping.  Some restrictions apply. Free shipping only applies to products that will be delivered in the Continental US. Items using our free shipping method will be shipped using USPS First Class or Priority. Shipping speed cannot be upgraded despite the options that may show during checkout. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offers.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. Optionally we can also text you when we ship your order. If you did not receive this email, please email info@shopcarine.com 

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your purchases.  We'll even cover the postage the send the items back.

Items must be in original condition with tags.  Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

Carine offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).  If free shipping was used the original shipping cost for shopcarine.com will be deducted from the return.  All returns will be mailed to our Scottsdale, Arizona location.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at so we can urgently review the matter for you.  Please email info@shopcarine.com 

How do I request a return?

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your purchases.  Please go to this link to start your return process.  

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for damaged items.  However we'll pay for the cost of you sending the item back.

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund  - item price, excluding original shipping cost.  Unfortunately, we cannot cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We highly recommend using a tracking service but it is not required. 


 

When do you add new products?

New products are added to ShopCarine.com every day.  Please feel free to also visit our four Scottsdale locations.

I bought a raincoat or something online from CarineStore.com or another website. Do you sell on another websites?

We do NOT operate, sell or are affiliated with any other website or online retailer other than www.shopcarine.com.

We are not associated with www.carinestore.com, www.carinefashionstore.com, www.the-nord-store.com, www.nord-fashion.com, any of their Facebook or social media accounts, and any other online retailer that may be using the same name or a domain name similar to ours.

Unfortunately over the past year, another company has used the name "Carine" for their online stores and websites. They have taken images and descriptions from other retailers to pose as their own, using misleading product descriptions and photos.  After making a purchase from them, customers endure long delivery times, poor quality or fit, receive incorrect items or nothing at all. They are unreachable via the customer service contact phone number displayed on their website and they do not reply to any emails.

We have found that www.carinestore.com is operated by the same individuals of another online retail business called Loosely Store. A web search of  "Loosely Store" will find thousands of complaints from customers and filings to the BBB of fraud. They are likely operated overseas and have many other web sites using various names posing as "legitimate" online retailers, often changing their names whenever they want to.

CARINE is a growing family business with four store locations in Scottsdale, AZ and we launched our own web store www.shopcarine.com in 2020. Our first store was opened by Carine Wang 20 years ago. She is the owner, operator, and buyer for our retail stores as well as the designer for our CARINE brand. We also wholesale our CARINE brand tops, bottoms, and dresses to fine retailers and boutiques across the USA. We believe in quality and design for today's real woman that will make you look and feel incredible.

For customers that have ordered from www.carinestore.com or their Facebook, we are sorry you have been misled.  We suggest contacting your credit card company and requesting a charge back on your card - and please also report their web site and Facebook pages wherever possible. We are just as frustrated as you are.
