Paula Top - Paris Scene

The Paula top has a scoop neck line and flowy elbow length sleeve. The right waist side features a scrunched ruffle detailing with loose fringe details. The left hip side has a 6 inch slit detail. The gentle red waved hem on the bottom and sleeves gives the top a pop of contrasting color.
